Crystalline lemon-yellow robe with silvery highlights. Expressive nose evoking star anise, cardamom, broom, and roasted pineapple. The palate is well-balanced between density and freshness, presenting notes of citrus, pineapple, and anise. A mineral and tangy finish unfolds. A fresh and light profile, which will pair well with white fish or a strong cheese, such as aged Roquefort.L'Initiale - Red
A bright, fairly clear, purple-hued wine. The nose is very fresh, expressing notes of Morello cherry, wild strawberry, nutmeg, and black pepper. The palate is moderately tannic, rather light, and low in alcohol, allowing for a dominant sensation of freshness. Notes of dark fruit and spices, typical of the region, are also present. A modern style that will pair very well with tapas, mezze, and antipasti. As part of a meal, it will perfectly complement white meat, such as roast chicken.L'Initiale - White
