Discover Initiale Rouge, our fresh and light red wine classified IGP Gard, certified organic agriculture and composed of a blend of 45% Grenache, 40% Syrah and 15% Cinsault.

A bright, fairly clear dress, purple in color.

A very fresh nose, expressing notes of morello cherry, wild strawberry, nutmeg and black pepper.

The palate is moderately tannic, rather light and low in alcohol, allowing a dominant sensation of freshness to emerge. Notes of black fruit and spices, typical of the region, are present.

A modern profile that pairs perfectly with tapas, mezze, and antipasti. As part of a meal, it complements white meat, such as roast chicken, beautifully.
